Transport Damage Prevention Conference 2021

SMT ELEKTRONIK took part in the Damage Prevention Conference 2021 in Duisburg and presented the functions of its own data logger series MONILOG® RISK LOGGER and its high-precision measurements.

The focus of the event was on the Silk Road and its demands on the transport quality of the goods. For this purpose, the transport route of a ship container was monitored in cooperation with the Gesamtverband der Deutschen Versicherungswirtschaft e.V. (GDV) and the Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences. The results were presented at the conference. In addition, Dr. Ronny Leuschner presented the MONILOG® data loggers and explained how they monitor the goods transported in the shipping container, which measurement data are available and which benefits users can derive from them.
